South African Team Comes Together

Colleagues from across Winterwood’s South African operations recently came together for a special team gathering at a conservation-focused game lodge near Krugerberries Farm.

With team members travelling from different regions, including Cape Town, the event provided a valuable opportunity to connect in person, share experiences and spend time together away from the demands of the growing season.

As part of the trip, the group visited Krugerberries Farm and stopped at Rooidam before enjoying several days immersed in one of South Africa’s most remarkable wildlife environments.

For many, it was a first opportunity to see some of Africa’s iconic animals up close, including lions, rhinos and even a cheetah, creating plenty of memorable moments throughout the visit.

The evenings were spent around the campfire, where colleagues relaxed, shared stories and strengthened the relationships that are so important across the Winterwood team.

The gathering was a wonderful reminder of the value of teamwork, friendship and taking time to celebrate the people who make Winterwood what it is.
